欢迎使用 TideCat。本协议是您（"用户"）与 TideCat 开发者就 TideCat 应用程序的使用所订立的协议。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本协议全部条款。
一、服务内容
TideCat 提供海岸路亚钓鱼相关的潮汐、海况、天气信息查询服务。本应用提供的信息仅供参考，不构成专业航海建议、安全保障或渔获承诺。
二、用户责任
- 使用本应用前请确认当地天气、海况、潮汐情况；本应用的数据可能存在延迟或偏差。
- 钓鱼活动存在固有风险（落水、滑倒、雷击、潮水变化等），用户需自行评估并对自己的安全负责。
- 请遵守当地渔业法规、海岸保护规定及景区管理要求，不得在禁止区域作业。
- 不得将本应用用于非法用途，包括但不限于侵犯他人权益、违反公序良俗。
三、知识产权
本应用的所有内容（包括但不限于源代码、设计、图标、文案、UI 样式）均为 TideCat 开发者所有。未经授权不得复制、修改、传播、商用或反编译。
四、免责声明
本应用提供的潮汐、天气、海况数据来源于公开气象服务（Open-Meteo Marine、Apple WeatherKit 等），仅供参考。开发者不对数据的准确性、完整性、及时性承担任何明示或默示的保证，亦不对因使用本应用造成的任何直接或间接损失（包括但不限于人身伤害、财产损失、空跑路程）承担责任。
五、内购与退款
TideCat PRO 为一次性买断的非订阅型内购，解锁后所有主题和未来主题永久可用。内购由 Apple App Store 处理；退款请通过 Apple 官方渠道申请，开发者不直接处理退款。
六、协议变更
开发者有权根据需要调整本协议，调整后通过应用版本更新发布。继续使用即视为接受新协议。如不同意新协议，请停止使用并卸载本应用。
七、终止
用户可随时通过卸载本应用终止使用本服务。开发者保留在用户严重违反本协议时单方终止服务的权利。

Welcome to TideCat. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TideCat application. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TideCat provides reference information on tides, marine conditions, and weather for coastal lure fishing. The information is for general reference only and does not constitute professional maritime advice, safety assurance, or any guarantee of fishing results.
2. User Responsibilities
- Verify local weather, sea state, and tide conditions before fishing; data may be delayed or inaccurate.
- Fishing involves inherent risks (drowning, slipping, lightning, sudden tide changes, etc.). You are responsible for assessing risks and your own safety.
- Comply with local fishery regulations, coastal protection rules, and access restrictions. Do not fish in prohibited areas.
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to infringing others' rights or violating public order.
3. Intellectual Property
All content within the app (including source code, design, icons, copy, UI styles) is owned by the TideCat developer. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, commercial use, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
Tide, weather, and marine data are sourced from public meteorological services (Open-Meteo Marine, Apple WeatherKit, etc.) and provided as-is. The developer makes no warranty—express or implied—as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and is not liable for any direct or indirect losses (including personal injury, property damage, or wasted travel) arising from your use of the app.
5. In-App Purchase and Refunds
TideCat PRO is a one-time, non-subscription unlock granting permanent access to all current and future themes. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store; refund requests must be submitted through Apple's official channels — the developer does not process refunds directly.
6. Changes
The developer may update these Terms as needed; updates take effect via app version updates. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, please stop using the app and uninstall it.
7. Termination
You may terminate this service at any time by uninstalling the app. The developer reserves the right to unilaterally terminate service if a user materially breaches these Terms.
